Travis Rice
Travis Rice is single-handedly responsible for stepping up snowboarding year after year. Whether it’s a 110-foot backside rodeo, or a 1080 double backflip on the final jump at X Games, Travis is always pushing the envelope of what’s possible on a snowboard. Though known mostly as a free rider, Travis is a serious contender in slopestyle competitions, taking wins at events such as the X Games and the US Open. And little did anyone know, Travis can also hold his own the halfpipe.Travis was born at the base of Jackson Hole Ski Area in Wyoming, where his father was a ski patroller, so he has been on snow for most of his life. He started out skiing, but switched to snowboarding at age 11.
