Danny Kass

Danny Kass is known for many things in snowboarding. He is the leader of the band of miscreants known as the Grenerds, the winner of more US Open halfpipe competitions than any one else in history (4), and one of the most creative and entertaining snowboarders in halfpipe competition.

Originally from New Jersey, Danny grew up riding Vernon Valley, before attending Stratton Mountain School, and then migrating west to Mammoth, CA. Through out it all, he has brought his posse with him, and together they have created his highly-successful company Grenade Gloves, as well as a lot of good times. But Danny is not just about reeking havoc, he also has two Olympic silver medals to show for his efforts
