Right Guard Open 2006 - Thrills & Spills

Jul 27 2006 / Los Angeles, CA The 2006 Right Guard Open in Denver was full of exciting moments, including Shaun White's return to the podium as Skate Vert champ and a dynamic duo performance on the FMX course.  Lat34 was there for all of it and now we have some exclusive footage from the Dew Action Sports Tour introduced by BMX rider T.J. FMX
	Fans at the Right Guard Open got quite a show when Travis Pastrana and Kenny Bartram (left) had a little session of "Follow the Leader" after Pastrana secured the win.  But there were plenty of other cool FMX moments, as T.J. Lavin will show you... Play the video >

BMX Park
	You can always count on some big misses in BMX Park -- the Right Guard Open was no exception, but there are also some great moves from the like of Daniel Dhers (left), Ryan Nyquist and Dave Mirra. Check it out! Play the video >

	T.J. introduces some great moments from his sport, BMX Dirt. Included are a couple of big misses by Ryan Nyquist and Michael Clark, but then some great moves by Nyquist and Anthony Napolitan and more! Play the video >

BMX Vert
	There was some huge air and big tricks in BMX Vert at the Right Guard Open, with Kevin Robinson also providing one of the biggest spills. But it was Keith McElhinney (left) stealing the show in Denver with an amazing front flip flair -- the first time the trick has been landed in a competition. Play the video >

Skate Vert
	T.J. introduces some crazy moves from Shaun White (left) and Sandro Dias, as well as spills from them and just about every other skater in Denver -- it was a rough contest! Play the video >

	Ryan Sheckler (left) and Nyjah Huston may have been the crowd favorites, but it was Jereme Rogers who took the top prize in Denver and landed some cool tricks. See the best (and worst) in this recap. Play the video >
