X Games Preview: BMX Dirt

Aug 02 2006 / Los Angeles, CA There will be another show of BMX Dirt craziness at this year's X Games, with Corey Bohan defending his title from last year, and Chris Doyle giving him another run for his money. Unfortunately Colin Mackay and T.J. Lavin were not invited, but the list is solid, and I’m sure Nyquist & the others will push the level sufficiently.

Front flips are nearly a staple of any solid BMX Dirt run these days.  Now, with Michael Clarke’s double back flip and Nyquist’s 720 barspin in Denver last week, BMX is being pushed further everyday.

And what better place for the progression of a sport than at the X Games?  So with so much going off right now in BMX Dirt, keep your eyes open on August 3rd, because I'll put down money and say that you see something you've never even thought of before.
